Priority Banking account holders are assigned a dedicated relationship manager who handles end-to-end banking — from salary credit and FD advice to home loan, personal loan, and wealth products — supported by a 24x7 Priority Banking phone-banking line. The bundled Visa Infinite / Platinum multi-currency debit card supports ATM withdrawals and point-of-sale transactions in multiple foreign currencies, with dynamic currency conversion handled at Visa / Mastercard network rates. Account holders get free unlimited domestic NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS, plus free international money transfers (outward remittances) at preferential FX rates for the Priority segment, including lower SWIFT charges than the standard savings variant.
